Pirum approached Form to undertake this project due to their success and experience as a financial marketing specialist.
Pirum have established a name for excellence in the automated securities finance world. There comes a time when a company reaches that next stage of their business evolution. The new brand had to reflect what Pirum as a company had evolved into - from an initial startup company to one of the market leader in the fintech sector.
The brand design needed to encompass a trust factor. So, this would position the company as a flexible and leading innovator in the fintech word. Besides, this would allow the company to open new doors of leading global financial institutions.

So, the Pirum rebrand journey begins.
We designed the new brand identity around the idea of a cog design to symbolise the ever moving parts of the company. We integrated this in such a way to make a recognisable standalone mark with a negative inverse ‘p’. Also, we introduced a modern typeface along with typographical guidelines and stylesheets. However, we wanted to keep the existing primary colour palette in place as a nod to the existing brand style, keeping that connection between the new and old.
Other areas of the brand, such as the tone and the voice were also updated to emphasise Pirum's commitment to transparency, trust and being the partner their clients can rely on.

We launched the brand with a new website, updated marketing materials, office branding, internal documentation and a global campaign of online and print-based advertising.
Also, we supported this with brand guidelines to ensure the consistency of the brand application and it's followed correctly.
The rebrand resulted in increased recognition and sales. Therefore, it is now instantly recognised throughout the securities finance and financial sectors globally.
