Refreshing a broker brand and digital journey for UK growth.
ActivTrades was established in continental Europe and wanted to improve visibility, customer growth and brand awareness in the UK. Form reviewed the brand and marketing as one connected system.

Create consistency across brand, website and campaigns, then improve the path to account opening.
The existing identity was being applied inconsistently across media and the messaging varied between website, advertising and social.
Form proposed a cleaner brand system and a digital experience designed to make information and calls to action clearer.

Create a modern system flexible enough for different commercial messages.
The new identity used cleaner layouts and interchangeable graphics so campaigns could focus on customer service, promotions or wider brand awareness without fragmenting the look.
Consistency across touchpoints became a core part of the refresh.
A closer look at the project.

The work in motion.
Improve navigation, onboarding and confidence.
Form designed prototype pages around clearer calls to action, stronger USPs and a more direct route to account opening.
A responsive client portal was also created for trade history, funds movement and educational content.

Make customer service the commercial distinction.
Campaigns focused on ActivTrades’ award-winning customer support and ran across Google, national press and specialist trading media.
The new visual system also carried through brochures, reports, factsheets and educational collateral.
A more coherent brand and digital experience supporting international expansion.
During the period covered by the original project, ActivTrades reported strong growth including increased turnover, staff expansion and new regional offices.
