During our time as a design agency, we've developed a reputation for being a company that understands the Forex trading sector.
Previously we've worked with companies such as City Index, Activtrades, Saxo Bank, Learn to Trade and Worldspreads in the Forex sector. This included creating brands, raising awareness through advertising campaigns, and being their marketing support agency.
Understanding challenges is key

So, when we got the call from Hantec to create a new brand identity, it's familiar ground for us at Form Agency
After meeting with the Hantec team, they set a series of challenges to accomplish with them. This included:
- A new brand identity to raise the companies profile and awareness
- Design and development of a new website
- Increase the number of leads they were generating, but also to improve the lead conversation rate
We reviewed the brand in its entirety and what marketing activities were being actioned by Hantec. Our takeaway was the current brand application lacks a professional look and feel. When looking to attract traders, it's essential the brand looks polished and gives an aura of confidence in the company.
It also had mixed messaging throughout the different areas of the website and what was being promoted via their adverts and social posts.

We started by updating the brand. It included a new visual identity with clearer labelling and messaging used more consistently throughout.
By making these updates it creates a more user-focused experience for clients. An experience in which users could obtain the information that they need quickly and seamlessly.
Next up was to tackle the website.
As well as introducing a new brand style and a better user experience for navigating the website, it was important to develop it to achieve it's maximum SEO potential.
The Forex industry is notorious for being a heavily competitive market when it comes to SEO. We set about ensuring the website maximises its potential with clear labelling and good content throughout.
We developed the website using our custom WordPress development. This allowed the client to make quick changes to the content as and when needed.

To accompany the website, we also created a new client portal area.
The portal provided clients with a simple user interface and powerful features. These included enabling them to view historical trades on single and multiple accounts and deposit/withdraw funds with ease.
Secondly, it needs to attract potential clients with clear visual messaging and easy to understand, accessible trading content. The direct road map from information to account opening greatly improved with a clearer way to onboard new clients. The portal was also set up to allow new Forex traders to find educational material to help them start their trading journey.
The website and portal design is fully responsive and optimised for mobile access. A crisp-looking web design with full responsive capability and intuitive navigation. Easy to find information on platforms and trading solutions combined with clear access to the latest market intelligence and reports.
The whole site sits behind a SEO optimised infrastructure with defined pathways to drive account opening and information capture.

The new site and portal boast a high degree of acclaim.
With a brand overhaul and the launch of a new website for Hantec Markets, this has instilled a new confidence in existing and new clients alike. Existing customers have reacted positively to the new client portal. It allows them greater flexibility and control over their trading and funds. The website has also seen increased traffic and improved lead generation, leading to improved number of account openings per month.
Supporting the launch of the website is a digital advertising campaign to promote the new features the company now offers.
Launched in Q3 2017, the company are currently collating the new performance figures for the site - but initial reactions and indications are extremely positive.
