How do you roll out a mid-flight rebrand for a global DXP?
When working on corporate rebrands, Form Agency is typically called in at phase one. However, the eZ Systems team had already commenced their rebranding journey and needed an expert agency partner to develop, expand, and finalize the new visual identity.
When the head of marketing briefed our team on their vision, the company had already created a new logo, a vibrant color palette, and a selection of modern fonts. It was immediately evident that these foundational components were a huge step forward.
Often, companies hold onto legacy characteristics during a rebrand out of fear of alienating existing customers. For Ibexa, the directive was bold: everything was to be completely new, cutting ties with the rigid, traditional look of legacy fintech to embrace a modern, agile future.

We were tasked with developing the core elements of the Ibexa brand and defining a visual style that would be used throughout all marketing collateral.
Our primary goal was to ensure absolute consistency, transferring the brand seamlessly from conventional print design through to dynamic online environments.
To stand out in the crowded B2B fintech space, brands must balance corporate trust with digital innovation. A key part of our strategy was the introduction of illustrative-drawn artwork.
Instead of relying on generic corporate stock photography, custom illustrations allowed us to:
• Humanise complex technology: Visually explain intricate DXP software solutions in a digestible, engaging way.
• Maintain high flexibility: Adapt artwork effortlessly for various campaigns, websites, and banners without diluting the brand’s core style.
• Establish instant recognition: Create a proprietary visual language that is unmistakably "Ibexa."

We designed an extensive range of touchpoint materials to empower Ibexa's global sales and marketing teams.
