Acquired by The Carlyle Group, Livingstone were looking to further expand their presence and broaden their relationship with blue-chip customers.
As part of this process Form Agency delivered a new corporate identity to position the company and reinforce their proposition.

We designed the new brand marque for Livingstone to keep the current corporate colours but provide a more dynamic and modern look.
Additionally, we introduced new typography to create a clean, yet bold logo.

Form Agency created a new brand campaign to create awareness of their service and offering.
We created the campaign to showcase that there is no boundaries in what the perfect SAM manager is. We rolled it out for a predominately digital campaign accompanied by exhibition stands that created a highly visual presence.

In addition to the new logo, Form Agency designed a revised brand style.
The challenge was to change customer perceptions of Livingstone predominately as a tech focused firm. Livingstone has a team of experienced staff who are passionate about the product, and we had to reflect this in the new brand. We used a series of imagery that gave a very personal look and feel about who Livingstone are. We also updated the messaging to reflect the new brand changes in making it more personalised.
Form updated all marketing collateral across digital and print material to the messaging would be delivered with consistency and clarity.

Web design for a fintech specialist
The new corporate identity was rolled out in a phased approach.
Part one of this was to update the current website with the new brand and to make some slight navigation and content-based changes to reflect the new services and positioning of the company. Further development of the site will see a complete design overall and new functionality.
